2017 Calico Mogfest

Cost:
  Nada, this is a free event, come out and have a good time. You will need to get a camping space or hotel.

What is provided?
  - Campfire
  - All the mog talk you can stand
  - Great folks to go wheelin with
  - Mogarita Bar

What will we do?
  - At least one group trip will be led each day, as well as the opportunity to explore nearby off-roading areas on your own.
  - Group pot luck on Friday night
  - If we get enough interest we'll have a catered dinner on Saturday. In the past we've had BBQ, Mexican, etc. Prices vary depending on number of signups.
  - Of course, at night there will be the usual advice, tall tales, and camaraderie.

What should I bring?
  - Firewood
  - Food and water.
  - Gas stations are 2 minutes from camp with fast food and a mini-mart
  - Barstow is only 10 minutes away should you need anything major
  - Tent or camper
  - CB Radio (We will monitor Ch 4)

  Q - What amenities are available?
  A - The KOA campground has tent spaces all the way up to full hookup spaces and even a few cabins and tee-pees. They also have many other ammenities such as a: pool, basket ball court, archery range, washers/dryers, showers, club house and mini-mart with food, ice and supplies.

  Q - Where will Mog Central be located?
  A - Mog Central will basically be North of the restroom/showers in the North/West corner of the campground

  Q - Where is the firepit located?
  A - Firepit is just North of the "Mog Central" area for night time activities

  Q - Where is the Mogarita Bar and coffee pots?
  A - Mogarita bar will be open each night and coffee each morning located on my gooseneck trailer near Mog Central. Space #18 this year. One row over in the Full Hookups row... My wife has needs ;)

  Q - What will the weather be like?
  A - Visit Weather.com which has live weather reports

  Q - Where can I purchase Propane?
  A - There is a convient propane filling station right at the entrance to the KOA campground
